A Big Day in My Journey

A Big Day in My Journey

Today is quite a big day for me — not just because of what I did, but because of how I showed up. I’ve decided I’m going to share every obstacle from my life here, and today marks another step in that journey.

One of the biggest wins was that I followed my calendar around 80%. That might not sound perfect, but it’s huge. The closer you follow your calendar, the more progress — and eventually money — you’ll make. That’s something I truly believe now. If you really want to grow, you’ve got to prepare your day in advance and then stick to it. Time matters. Planning matters. The more you commit to your calendar, the more control you’ll have over your time and your goals.

I also learned something powerful from Shan Harif inside Agency Insiders. He taught me what a real agency actually is. It’s not just about hiring people to do your tasks. A real agency means working with a team — people who believe in your mission and move with you. That mindset shift is important for anyone building something serious.

From The Real World’s Business Mastery lessons, I picked up something valuable too. The lesson was about speaking — not just talking, but how to actually speak better, with presence and purpose. It’s about persuasion, leadership, and how your words can move people, clients, or prospects. I’ve realized how important communication is in business and in life.

On the building side, I created my outreach system with help from Nick. I used Apify for manual scraping, added the leads to Google Sheets, and then ran automations that create multi-line openers. These are now part of my flow for Instagram DMs, cold emails, and more. It’s not perfect yet, but it works — and it’s only going to get better.

I also managed to work out both in the morning and evening, which felt great. On the other hand, there were things I didn’t finish. I tried setting up my blog domain, but it didn’t work properly. I also didn’t do the Dan Martell course or the Maker School course I had planned for today.

But that’s life. Not everything goes as planned. I still showed up, learned, moved forward, and built something. And I’m proud of that.

This is me documenting the real side of the journey. Let’s keep going.
